CANADIAN MAPLE SYRUP SEASON COMES TO AN END

And as quickly as it came, Maple syrup season ends this week. We had a great year with about 20 taps, and around 25 litres. We managed a boil about every 5-7 days. Now that the temps are staying above freezing, it's time to pull our taps and let the trees heal for next season. We really enjoyed it this year and had the time for both my husband and I to share the workload. We are out of 1 L bottles, but will have some 250mL and 500mL sizes available for sale from this season. We can try to deliver within 20 km of Kingston/Rideau Lakes area.
